Your Rights

By using our website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use (terms) and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website. The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations Policy

Refund requests and cancellation notices should be made in writing by email to [email protected]. Their effective date will be the date that the notice is received by Visionstryt.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all website subscriptions and credit purchases. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with the online learning you complete as part of your subscription or credit purchase, you can contact us within 28 days and receive a full refund. You will not be entitled to receive any CPD points for any learning that has already been completed. Any CPD points already awarded for online learning completed as part of your subscription or credit purchase will be removed, with the exception of free courses or your first complementary course.

Refunds

Subscriptions and credit purchases can are refundable for 28 days from purchase under the satisfaction guarantee (see above). Subscriptions and credit purchases made more than 28 days before written cancellation is received are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be credited back to your credit/debit card account within 3-5 working days.

CPD Points

Continuing education and training (CPD) courses on this website have been approved by the Health Professional Council South Africa (HPCSA) and are accredited by the University of the Free State (UFSUV). A certificate will be issued on successful completion of each course. CPD points will be withheld if there is an outstanding balance to pay or if individuals completing CPD do not have a valid subscription or sufficient points credit.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are in ZAR. While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case, you will be contacted before your order completed. All prices are inclusive of VAT (UK Value Added Tax) at 0%. Generally, individuals making purchases on this website are not liable for local taxes. Companies making purchases may be liable for tax. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to declare and pay local taxes where appropriate.

Payment

You can pay on our website, for subscriptions and credits and conferences using a credit card at any time. We accept all major debit and credit cards (with the exception of Amex). We are a PCI compliant merchant and use a third-party provider (Stripe, Inc.) to process credit card payments. All payments are processed securely using the latest SSL encryption protocols. We never store your credit card details.

By registering with this site or providing your email address you give permission for us to contact you directly regarding your booking, subscription or purchase.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy form part of these terms and conditions. By using our website, you consent to the processing of data as set out in these policies and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

However, where information is incorrect or is subject to change, we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute the offer and to cancel any outstanding orders or bookings.
