The benefits of participating in sport, and physical activity more generally, are undeniable from a health and wellbeing perspective. However, optical professionals will be well aware that eye injuries can and do arise while participating in sport. This course will identify the sports with the highest participation rates in the UK and will examine the frequency and types of eye injuries associated with these.
